Welcome to Autoclix Photography. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website, services, and content. By visiting our website or booking a session, you agree to follow these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using our services.
1. Services
At Autoclix Photography, we offer professional automotive photography, including car shoots, motorsport event coverage, and promotional sessions.
All services depend on availability.
We may decline a booking if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable.
2. Bookings & Payments
To secure your booking:
Your booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation.
A deposit may be required, and unless stated otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.
You must pay the full amount by the date agreed in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your shoot, you can reschedule without any penalty.
If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost may apply.
If we need to cancel due to illness, severe weather, or equipment failure, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.
4. Image Rights & Usage
We keep full copyright ownership of all images we take.
You receive a personal or agreed commercial usage licence, as stated in your booking agreement.
You may not edit, alter, or resell images without our written permission.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may use images for our portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.
5. Your Responsibilities
To help your shoot run smoothly:
Make sure vehicles, locations, and props are clean and ready.
Ensure you have permission to use the location and photograph the subject.
Follow all safety instructions during the session.
6. Limitation of Liability
We always aim for high-quality results, but:
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
7. Website Use
All content on this website — including images, logos, and text — belongs to Autoclix Photography and is protected by copyright laws.
You cannot copy, share, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post them here and update the “Last updated” date above.
